All customer and vendor SAP master data records can be visualized in PTV Route Optimizer without any duplication of data. PTV Route Optimizer enables SAP iDoc in/out for exchange of data between SAP master records and PTV Optimizer.

The following data are available in PTV Route Optimizer through SAP iDOcs and exchange of data:

  • Customer master records

  • Vendor master records

  • BP relevant info for planning

  • CVI new BP model on S/4HANA

The master data management module enables you to add logistic planning information so orders can be planned taking all relevant restrictions into account, even if these details are not available in the main order management system.

PTV Smartour takes all scheduling related order information into account. This information can be included in the order interface (SAP iDocs), but can also be stored and managed in PTV Smartour.
